The Gandaran Parliament consists of the Gandaran House of Representatives and the King of Gandara although the term is normally used to refer to the House of Representatives. Elections to the House are by universal suffrage according to a system of mixed member proportional representation. The House normally consists of 110 members although overhanf seats are possible.

The Gandaran Parliament was created by the Constitution of Gandara Act passed by the Danaan Parliament in 2006. The Act created Gandara, formerly a group of semi-official settlements under Danaan jurisdiction, as disctinct and equal Commonwealth of Peoples member state and gave the Gandaran Parliament full legislative authority over Gandara within the limits of the Commonwealth structure. Parliament chooses the Prime Minister and Cabinet from among its members according to the Westminster system.

Parliament meets in the capital city of Juliet.
