East German has created some orders and medals for foreign heads of state, Ambassadors, people who achieve for the better good of East Germany and its own military.

The highest award giving to foreign nation's is the "Order of the Star of Friendship of Nations". This order is awarded in 2 classes: 1st class (gold) is giving to nation's within the region of Futaba Aoi. 2nd class (silver) is giving to nation's outside the region of Futaba Aoi.
