Conceived on May 9th 2003, Gosstoepia (Also referred to as the Gosstoepian Empire) is one of the few remaining old nations in The West Pacific. He has had a major hand in the evolution of the region, making him iecely loyal. This has brought him both respect and contempt from his peers.
A breif history of Gosstoepia
- Created May 9th, 2003
- Served under Norion's war effort against the nation Richmainia along side nations LadyRebels, Kegome, Keeblerhoff Vandi and Ponte Vadre
- Appointed by Norion to Political Affairs Minister of the West Pacific, which mainly entailed the promotion the use of the Offsite Forum. He held this position throughout much of Norion's delegency, Making him one of the longest serving people in the The West Pacific.
- amongest the many threats of nations attempting to gain the Delegency, Gosstoepia feverishly defended Norions rule. Earning him the reputation of Norion's most loyal partner.
- Banned from the UN on grounds of multiple UN nations (Currently Kholdstare represents the Gosstoepian Empire in the UN)
- Aquired 4 defunct nations from Someone who was quiting the game. The nations, "Weekend Update", "187Race", "Super Lizard Men", "TJconloey" were assimulated into the Gosstoepian Empire as Satellite nations (major factor in Gosstoepia's power in RP)
- During the NPO era, was an actively vocal in denouncing Francos Spain rule.
- Gosstoepia aquires the nation Kholdstare through a quiting player posting the password in the West Pacific message board.
- using one of his Satellites took part in an invasion of the NPO by the Free Pacific Army. The attack failed, he withdrew from army to serve the cause in the interregional politcal stage.
- temperoary Spied on Fortress Harkinnen via 187Race on behalf of the region. Mission was ended when it was concluded they posed no threat to The West Pacific
- Aquired the nation Koche from Kurdazistan, who at the time, was quiting NS amid of accusations of NPO affiliation.
- When Norion was removed, he was elected as the region's first Speaker of the Counicl. Served for one term, which was mired in periods of inactivity (which according to him, were due to a loss internet access).
- Aquired the nations Ghosts2 and Yeevah as a gift from old friend Kurdazistan.
- Soon after the end of his time as Speaker, began to remove himself from regional politics. Placing more focus on the RP.
- In or around August of 2004, Kholdstare was invaded by Zetaone over an border closure. Who was followed shortly after by Harkinnen. A lack of a battle plan and fear of an invasion of Gosstoepia, the Empire relocated to the region Canada and started waging a Guerilla war. He eventually returned by the request of allies and drove of the Zetans and Harkinnens out of the country. Losses in that war crippled Kholdstare and Humilated the Gosstoepian Empire.
- The period between the Kholdstarian Occupation and September of 2005 is widely regarded by Gosstoepians as the Empire's decline. Where in which key allies abandon their relations with Gosstoepia and turn to the Fortress State of Harkinnen for alliances.
- September of 2005, Kholdstare was once again invaded by Zetaone, complimented by a Harkinnen invasion of Gosstoepia and it's Provinces. Facing total desturction (with it's main weapon the Polaris Network destoryed by Zetan Space ships), and seeing close allies supporting the invasion, the Gosstoepian Empire once again retreated to the region Canada. Where he currently resides now. Many West Pacificans say Gosstoepia abandoned his hold on the region, Gosstoepia argues he was overwhelmingly hated by the region and that the invasion was meant to remove him for good.
- Soon after being forced out of the region. Gosstoepia adopts an anti-West Pacifican policy. And recording to posts in the Canadian forum, will have his revenge.
