Ihayel is one of the three initial territories of the High Kingdom of the Eldorati and what is now the Holy Empire of the Eight Little Indias.
The smallest of all the Little Indian territories, Ihayel is also the most densely populated. It is home to the Palaces of all the monarchs of Little India and the Sovereign Palace of the High King, the Little Indian Congress and the main church of Little India.
