The goverment is also very suprising. It is to be said that it is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, social-minded goverment stops and the rest of societ begins. The Goverments main concentrations are on Law & Order. although Education and Defence are on the agenda. Tax is at a all time high of 48% almost 1/3 higher for the wealthy. To shock of all Privite enterprise is illegal, but for those in know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Arms Manufacturing.
