Octavius had mistakenly provoked war with Rioki and after convincing Walther and Red to join his cause, the three leaders created the Inquisitorial Triumvirate to ensure loyalty among the members. The alliance began as a full military alliance, in which all the members would support each other in all offensive and defensive military maneuvers. The three members fought together during the war, however, the war quickly ended with a treaty between all parties. The three members chose to keep the alliance intact, as they were the three most militant members of the FNS and desired to keep the alliance. | ||

The Creation
The Inquisitorial Alliance was founded by Octavius Paenite, Walther Atkinson, and A Crazy Wacko Redhead during the Riokian War. Octavius had mistakenly provoked war with Rioki and after convincing Walther and Red to join his cause, the three leaders created the Inquisitorial Triumvirate to ensure loyalty among the members. The alliance began as a full military alliance, in which all the members would support each other in all offensive and defensive military maneuvers. The three members fought together during the war, however, the war quickly ended with a treaty between all parties.
