OVERVIEW
I. The Council Federation of Kaspelvania (Das Konzil Förderation für Kaspelvania)
The Council Federation of Kaspelvania is a federation of various communes that are run by community councils. it is located next to both Yannia and Revionia on the northwestern portion of Saburidia in The Sunbelt region.
These community councils are responsible for the total running of their individual communes - leaving power in the hands of the workers and the peasants completely. As a result all workers and peasants in the various urban/industrial and agrarian communes are responsible for all the polit -ical, social and economic decisions that effect their communities in a directly democratic way - real communist style.
In turn the various communes and people's collectives (directly democratic organs that are collectively responsible for the rightful economic production of things on the basis of use and need - to be explained more in the economic section) send their re-callable mandated delegates to the annual meeting of the General Confederation of the Councils or Das Allgemein Bundesstaat für das Konzils (GCC/ABK) a general participatory organ all community councils use to coordinate decisions on a federational scale - a crucial part of the council federational constitution of Kaspelvania.
