The Republic of Kelse (French: La République de Kelcia) is a very large, socially progressive nation, located in the International Democratic Union. A member of the United Nations, Kelse is a largely democratic nation whose citizens are often very liberal. The capital and largest city is Saint-Monica, while it's two principal economic cities are located at the port cities of Ajaccio and Villeneuve.
