The Republic of Kelse (French: La République de Kelcia) is a very large, socially progressive nation, located in the International Democratic Union. A member of the United Nations, Kelse is a largely democratic nation whose citizens are often very liberal. The capital and largest city of Kelse is Saint-Monica, while it's economic capital is located at the port city of Ajaccio.
