Districts
At the founding of the Republic of Khazaron, the nation was split up into 13 official government districts. Under the current government each of these has an appointed Archon to serve as governor and run the day-to-day operations of their district. Each district has a capital to serve as the center of its' local bueracracy. Archon City serves as both the capital of the country and of the district of Sairion. Each of the 13 districts are listed below, along with their capitals in intalics.

National Government
The current national government of Khazaron is a provisional government set up by the Freedom Alliance after their victory in the Six Month War. Currently all elections have been suspended indefinately. The leader of the Freedom Alliance, James Khara, has installed himself as First Archon and appointed a group of 13 different Archons to oversee the various Districts throughout the nation.
Military
The Khazaronian military, most of which sided with the Alliance during the Six Month War, has suffered from years of neglect and abuse by the former Republic government. They where given poor equipment, little funding, and horrid training. Along with this the old government favored using mercenaries to do their fighting for them, which resulted in mass desertions and poor morale. The military, while fiercly loyal to the current government due to their avid support of them during the Six Month War, are still in need of a massive re-equip, and re-organization effort.
