The Holy Empire of Kontiltan is a nation state created by BigGator5 a long time ago. He played the game off and on, always just "upkeeping" his nation.
BigGator5 has since come back and started a new region called Blood Gulch Chronicle.

Kontiltan first started out in a region for CrossGen Comics fans, however everyone but BigGator5 lost interest in the game.
He too lost interest in the region after some time and started a new one.
Blood Gulch Chronicle
This time, Kontiltan started a premier region for Red vs. Blue fans called Blood Gulch Chronicle.
