Ethnic Groups: The Langarri do not believe in divisions of society such as racial, gender, or social division. All Langarri are considered equal and as such all are treated with equal respect. It is greatly frowned upon to treat anyone anyway other than how you yourself would wish to be treated.

Religions: Though the Langarri are free to practice any religion that so please, however most follow a course of beliefs which resemble that of Theosophy. Langgari do not consider their beliefs a religion and instead refer to it as their "ideals." They believe that as long as their beliefs stay just that then people will be able to freely question the ideas of the majority without persecution, as in a scientific theory.

Though little government control is needed, the council mainly functions as a voice for the people when foreign nations come to them. It also serves as a tribunal when laws are broken. The decision of the council are made clear by a singal person known as "The Emissary"

The Emissary: The Emissary is the spokesperson for the Council of Twelve. Everything that is decided by the council is told to the public by the Emissary. This "third person" way of business is mainly used so that the Council is not directly attacked by outsiders for their decision or by foreigners who may wish to do them harm. Outside of this messenger role, the Emissary holds no real power and is not treated differently.
