Lesser Antilles Security Council Bill 1 is a bill currently at vote with the Lesser Antilles Security Council. Its aim is to allow the LAEC to form a constitution. This constitution will then go to a full regional vote.
Text
1. This bill will allow the LAEC to establish a constitution. However, this will only be established if all member states agree, therefore any state will have veto power.
2. The constitution will only effect international relations between member states, and will not:
a. Effect National Law
b. Effect relations between member states and non-member states
c. Allow the LAEC to tax member states
3. It will establish:
a. A free trade agreement
b. A peace treaty
c. Conditions for membership
d. Ways to alter the treaty
