MacPhoenix Apostacy (MPA) resides in the region of Ixnay.
MPA started out in the East Pacific, where it was booted out by 1 Infinite Loop, it's long time UN Delegate. MPA took up residence in Ixnay and quickly became it's UN Delegate. Ixnay, at this time, had three strong nations, Uzbeckistan, Guatamalestan, and All Peoples. The nations of MPA and All Peoples were friendly, but the former two nations were determined to knock the MPA from the Delegacy. They succeeded after a long campaign, and created a rift within Ixnay: those who supported Uzbeckistan and Guatamalestan, and those that supported the MPA. In general, nations that supported the "Stans" were militaristic and oppressive, while those that were liberal and pacifistic supported MPA.
The MPA created a league of nations, within Ixnay, called the MacPact. At one time, it's members included Katzistanza, Bob From Sales, Autonomous Freaks, All Peoples, Terra Niveus, and Livesadevia, as well as the MPA. This group of nations was considered a counter-weight to Guatamalestan's aggression within the region.
Eventually, peace broke out. Uzbeckistan, Guatamalestan, and the MPA began thawing relations in 2004, and other menaces began to control Ixnay. The latest involved a break-away faction from Katzistanza that incinerated itself and much of the outlying regions of Katzistanza and MPA is a act of nuclear self-immolation. The MPA has refused to release casualty figures.
The MPA refers to itself as "the Apostacy" and always in third-person when communicating to other nations.
