Geography

The Nation of Maldaathi is mostly mountainous terrain. Most cities sit inside U shaped mountains providing a natural protection for the citizens who make their homes there. Most fortresses are built into hollowed out mountains, Anti Aircraft guns are placed stragtegically on mountain ridges to provide Surface to Air protection for the nearby cities. While the few forests located around the country house top secret military and research bases. There are nine (9) Major Cities in Maldaathi the largest of all cities is Chievlobynsk which is also the best defended of all Maldathian cities with a population of 426 million.

The Nation itself is broken into five (5) provinces; The Maldathian Islands; Eastern Hoshun; Edean Coast; Esthar; and Tianlei

The Maldathian Islands is seperated from Maldaathi itself and lies directly south-west. It holds most of the nation's vast navy bases and it is also the main sea harbor connection for Maldaathi to the rest of the world.

Red Guard

The Communist State of Maldaathi main force in the Maldaathi Army. The Red Guard is the largest detachment in the entire army but also has the least experienced soldiers. This is because the Red Guard is a stepping stone into the bigger world of the Maldathian Military. The most recent census suggested an approximate figure of 12 million soldiers in the Red Guard.

Red Legion

The Communist State of Maldaathi's second main force is the Red Legion. This is the largest of the two experienced soldier forces in the Army. The Red Legion is often the frontline fighters who fight to decide the outcome of battles.

Ninth Route Army

The Communist State of Maldaathi's third and most secretive but powerful is the Ninth Route Army. This force is full of highly trained, highly equipped soldiers. This highly strategic branch of the Maldaathi Army often writes the advanced tactics to other forces in the army use. Many enemy forces tremble in fear in the aftermath reputation of their devious behind the enemy lines tactics and strategems.

Army Logistics Division

The Fourth force in the Maldaathi Military is the only non-combat force in the army and is possibly the most important. This group supplies all other forces with the supplies they need to survive and continue their arduous fights against the corrupt governments of the world.

Air-Force

The Maldaathi Air Force is the smallest of the 3 main branches of the overall army. The Air Force though is the most strategically valuable to the nation during peacetime as frequently fly civilian duties to train new recruits. This saves the nation money and makes the nation's commercial Airlines easier to handle. Though small in size the Air-Force is highly resourceful.

Navy

The Maldaathi Navy has three main branches in its main body of operations. These three branches are quite similar duing wartime but during peacetime these three branches manage three totally different Maldathian Intrests.

The First Division is named the Leviathan Branch. This branch controls the Maldathian Navy during peacetime. Dictating its spending, repairs, logistics and when and if they are used.

The Second Division of the Maldaathi Navy is the publicly praised Dragoon Branch who are in charge of the civilian side of the navy, including the management of ports, distribution of dockland and licensing and registration are among the few things this important branch tasks themselves to do during peacetime.

The Third Division and also the most smallest is the Sea Sprite branch. This branch manages Maldathian overseas port and harbour interests in other countries. They are responsible for the flourishing sea markets that the nation of Maldaathi has the blessing of having.
