Mezulbryst

Mezulbryst is a dark world with no sun, and four moons named Death, Famine, War, and Pestilence.

Government

The planet is ruled absolutely by the demoness Lillith and, to a lesser extent, her consort-slave Azale. The capital city of Mezulbryst is Iron City, in which it is literally always raining, and when the moon War is full, it rains blood. Iron City is located on the banks of the River Styx near the Iron Mountains in central Mezulbryst.

Although there are no elections and little, if any, political freedom, the people of Mezulbryst tend to be free to do whatever else they please. This has also resulted in terrible crime rates, and violent actions against other is commonplace. The government rarely bothers to even attempt to prevent violent crimes, some might say even encouraging or condoning them.

Mezulbryst is currently allied with Abyssal Devenia.

Geography

Much of the terrain of Mezulbryst is a dry, barren wasteland. It is crisscrossed by four major rivers. The River Styx, a river of blood which flows down from the Iron Mountains, past Iron City and Stygia and empties into the Stygian Sea. The River Cocytus, a frozen river of ice which winds down from the Northern Mountains to the Stygian Sea. The River Lethe, the so-called "river of forgetfulness", is actually composed of alcohol, and flows into the Stygian Sea from the south. The River Acheron, made up of molten lava, flows south from the Iron Mountains past Shieltas and winds off into the uncharted wastes of southwest Mezulbryst.

Besides Iron City, other major cities include Schade, Ameliel, Asinos, and South Toven. The city of Stygia is entirely made up of the undead. The city of Shieltas and its accompanying castle are rarely occupied by many, being the heavily-defended headquarters of the technomancer Suzcecoz Ilawi, but it nonetheless tends to be a very noteworthy location regardless.

People

Mezulbryst is populated by a mix of demons, drow, humans, goblins, orcs, skaven, and undead.

Mezulbryst's official currency is tebrite, a dull, pitch black mineral indigenous to the planet. The smallest denomination is the tebrite slip. There are six slips to a strip, six strips to a bar, and six bars to a brick.

The official sport of Mezulbryst is Blood Bowl, and the local team is the Mezulbryst Marauders. Mezulbrystians love a good game of Blood Bowl, and it's generally not considered a good game unless somebody died in it.
