Moskau

Dyelli Beybi's original 'city of sin'. Moskau enjoys a reputation for having the best night life in Dyelli Beybi, and possibly The Federated Klatchian Coast. It is also a haven for organised crime which is completely non-existant outside the D.B.A.T.

Moskaua itself is not as heavily industrialised as cities such as Sheffield or Alexigrad, and it was at one stage regarded as the poorest city in Dyelli Beybi, with a shrinking population and serious unemployment issue, however, after the movement of the Provincial Capital from Timaru, Moskau has seen a new lease of life with many businesses relocating their headquarters.

History

Moskau was the original heart of the Moskauan State. This state was largely governed by tribal warlords, awho fought persistent wars with all of their neighbours and each other. By the time of the inclusion into the Dyelli Beybian State, the Moskauans had succeeded in driving all other groups out of the D.B.A.T. with the exception of the Orcs.

Suspicious of the Tzar, the Moskauans were more welcoming of the Socialist Government that took control of the country after the Dyelli Beybian Civil War. At which point the area was purchased off the Privy Council of the Klatch and the city and surrounding region, the D.B.A.T. were incorporated as a self-governing Province (Republic) of the Growing Dyelli Beybian state.
