"The Holy Empire of Mr Chuck Norris" is a rising nation known for its high ratings in Civil Rights (Superb), Political Freedom (Superb), and Economy (Thriving). The citizens, despite having a government ruling over them, have almost absolute power. They've recently pushed the government into establishing a football team for the World Cup program.
