Murthopia is a small region of former Murth that succeeded from Murth during the long and bloody Murthian Civil War. It is currently at a state of war with Murth but does not have the military means to become the aggressor in the war.
Murthopia itself retains Murths traditions and houses Murths former government, before Murth became the police state that is currently is. Murthopia hopes that one day Murth will return to it's former Government and traditions but until that time comes, Murthopia will retain them.
