The People's Republic of NCS is a small nation with a popluation of only 6 million.Renowned for its compulsory voting and military laws it is also known for its absence of drug laws.Paxi Rayner X and his family have ruled the country since its beginning about 700 years ago. Paxi the tenth is less of a dictator than his ancestors, and is known for being a nice gentle man. NCS has been reforming their government, allowing more freedom, and the government recently passed a law sponsoring human embryo cloning reseach to help find cures for diseases.
Religion NCS has always been an athiest nation, but also has a 340,000 population of Pagans.
Dorsonova-The Capital Dorsonova is the capital of NCS.It contains about 75% of NCS's whole population with 4,500,000 people. It is rich in history, and has 3 university's, and is also the location of the government.
Climate NCS has a temperate climate. It almost never rains there, only about 10-11 full days a year does it rain.It is almost always sonny with the average temperature in July being a comfortable 77 degrees. But in the winter months of December, January, and February snowfall blankets the whole area.
