Ned Pistapoch (born August 18, 1948) was the 17th President of New Felix. One of the most influential Wysterians of the 21st century, he had previously served as Vice President and as a Senator from Sanderson.
Pistapoch assumed the presidency after the resignation of President Boris Smith in the aftermath of the Munisha-New Felix nuclear exchange. and had to deal with a nation infiltrated with Munishan terrorists. After successfully neutralizing the terrorist threat via controversial means, he declared an all out war on drugs. Pistapoch's presidency also saw a decline in Felixan support for IWLEN and the formation of the Wysterian Union. In the 2005 election, Pistapoch was defeated by Former WU Chancellor Paul Pullman by a very thin margin. Shortly after the election, Pistapoch's daughter, Jacquelyn, was kidnapped and assassinated by Koivuusi drug lords.
