Palentine UN Office was created by the imperial fiat of Emperor Captian Spauling I of The Palentine. Concerned that his mighty Evil Conservative Empire would be reduced to the level of granola-munching luddites after the Fossil Feul Reduction Act, the emperor in his wisdom left the UN. However, he still felt the UN badly needed the Militaristic Machismo that his ambassador Senator Horatio Sulla naturally exudes (not to mention the bad taste left in the mouths of some delegates after Sen.
