Palentine UN Office

The Dominion of Palentine UN office was created by imperial Fiat by Emperor Captian Spauling I. Concerned that the mighty Evil conservative Empire of the Palentine would be reduced to the level of granola munching luddites after the fossil feul reduction act, the Emperor in his wisdom left the UN. However he still felt the UN badly needed the Militaristic Machismo that his ambassador Senator Horatio Sulla exudes(not to mention the bad taste left in the mouths of some delegates after Sen Sulla weighs in on a debate). Therefore the Emperor partitioned off a parcel of land, and set up the Palentine UN office(there is plenty of frozen hellish wasteland to go around). He then appointed Sen Horatio Sulla to officially run the place. Though in practice the Empire still calls the shots by using the same civil servants.
