Post-WW3 Russia is one of the main nations to make up Leninist Dynasty. It is a communist nation that rose from the remains of Russia after the Great War, in which the country was devastated by nukes. Post-WW3 Russia fought a war with India to assimilate that nation into its dominion, and finally allied with Post-WW3 China to form the Leninist Dynasty.
