The Civilised Penguin Land of Renaissancistic People was founded on June 14th, 2005. The owner of the nation is known as r(R)3naissanc3r, since this is the name under which he joins most of the NS-related fora (this is also the name under which he has registered in the NSwiki).
R3naissanc3r joined the newly-founded then region of The Falkland Islands, a Dominion of Great Britain and Ireland, two days after founding Renaissancistic People. Since then, he has never left the region.

R3naissanc3r and many of the most experienced GB&I members, like --Great Britain-- (the founder and Monarch of GB&I), Westmorlandia and Posul began a major effort to get the two main Dominions, The Falkland Islands and Ceylon, back into activity. R3naissanc3r along with --Great Britain-- focused on The Falkland Islands.
