The Civilised Penguin Land of Renaissancistic People was founded on the 14th of June 2005. The owner of the nation is known as r(R)3naissanc3r, since this is the name under which he joins most of the NS-related fora. This is also the name under which he has registered in the NSwiki (User: R3naissanc3r).
R3naissanc3r joined the newly-founded then region of The Falkland Islands, a Dominion of Great Britain and Ireland (GB&I), two days after founding Renaissancistic People. Since then, he has never left the region.
He became the Governor (the Regional UN Delegate, as defined in GB&I's Dominion Act 2005) of The Falkland Islands shortly after joining the region. However, he lost the Governorship three days later and, after that, the region remained without a Governor for more than three months.
Along with the first members of the region and its founder, --Great Britain--, he tried to organize the newly-founded Dominion. He also started becoming active in the GB&I forum. He was granted citizenship on the 16th of June 2005, while he joined the GB&I military.
R3naissanc3r stood as an independent candidate for the General Election of GB&I on the 2nd of July 2005, when he was not elected for one vote. Although outside the Parliament, he was appointed as Head of Recruitment on the 6th of August 2005 by the Foreign Secretary, British Glory. He managed to get GB&I from 58 nations back to 100 nations in a week. He failed, though, to revive The Falkland Islands, which have gone downhill in terms of activity.
In the General Election of GB&I on the 7th of September 2005, R3naissanc3r was elected an independent Member of the House of Commons of the GB&I Parliament. Under the new Government of Stony Stratford, he was appointed as Minister of Immigration and Naturalization (a seat similar to Head of Recruitment with more wide responsibilities considering activity and integration of new people).
Under his new duties, r3naissanc3r founded the Immigration Service, in order to re-organise the recruitment scheme of GB&I. He also started a telegram-campaign, in order to increase activity and urge more nations to become involved in the regional happenings.
The Immigration Service also became in duty bound of the revival of Dominions. R3naissanc3r and many of the most experienced GB&I members, like --Great Britain-- (the founder and Monarch of GB&I), Westmorlandia and Posul began a major effort to get the two main Dominions, The Falkland Islands and Ceylon, back into activity. R3naissanc3r along with --Great Britain-- focused on The Falkland Islands.
This last attempt is still going on and, this time, the effort is having results. R3naissanc3r is now proud of helping his beloved region to become prosperous again.
In the last General Election of GB&I on the 26th of October 2005, R3naissanc3r was elected once again an independent Member of the House of Commons of the GB&I Parliament for the next Parliamentary term, the Sixth Parliament of Great Britain and Ireland. He was also appointed by the new Prime Minister, Westmorlandia, as the Home Secretary and the UN Delegate of GB&I (under his puppet in GB&I, British Renaissance). For the first time in his NS career, R3naissanc3r became a member of His Majesty's Cabinet.
On the 24th of October 2005, R3naissanc3r had the honour to be made a Member of the British Empire by the Monarch of GB&I, --Great Britain--. What follows is the paragraph of the Royal Announcement for Honours related to R3naissanc3r's award:
"For service as the best recruiter in the history of Great Britain and Ireland, for pulling us from a mere 60 nations to our current total of over 175, for revitalising the region with new members and for making an ever-increasing impact on the political scene in Great Britain and Ireland, I hearby make R3naissanc3r a Member of [the Order of] the British Empire."

Additional Information
R3naissanc3r is a fan of penguins, obviously. In GB&I, he is also know as r(R)3n, r(R)3, andromech droid or greek penguin. He is the only Greek in GB&I.
His puppet in GB&I is British Renaissance, while in Ceylon is Giou.
