Lord Rikaard Van Honjiik originally held a very minor position in the Lord-Protector's Council, only communicating to the outside world when Starblaydia accidentally double-posted. It was not long, however, before Starblaydia entered into the sporting area.
After Football World Cups, Ice Hockey Cups, Rugby World Cups and various other sporting tournaments, Rikaard was soon one of the most prominent and recognisable people in all of Starblaydia. Rumoured to have the ear of the Lord-Protector, Lord Van Honjiik is a dangerous man to make an enemy of.
