Rouer

Rouer is a very secluded city located in the far west of Etaros, with a small population of 155,000. A majority of the population is comprised of humans, though a number of centaurs are reportedly running around the foothills of the Maiun Mountains. Rouer is a very agricultural and industrial town, having little offer but a scenic view of the ocean.
The city is home to the headquarters of Kerrigan Weaving Industries
