Currently the Admiral of the Fleet for the Dyelli Beybian Provincial Navy. The one eyed, but intelligent von Scheer oversaw victory for the Socialist Rebels during the Dyelli Beybian Civil War at the decisive Battle of Cyro. Von Scheer also commanded the Dyelli Beybian expiditionary force during the Neo Tyr War. This latest conflict saw not a single shot fired in anger by Dyellian troops before the end of formal hostilities.
Despite numerous piracy scandals afflicting the Navy (formerly the Kriegsmarine) during his Command, von Scheer himself has remained largely untouched, and is a well respected Commander.
Currently, von Scheer commands from the D.B.P.S. Lord Fisher, a Battleship Commissioned by Tzar Richard IV, but only completed after the Civil War (See also Lord Fisher Class Battleship).
