Tzar Richard IV

At the age of 16 Richard was deposed by Generallisimo Massingbird and Colonel Sanders who proceeded to set up an autocratic Communist dictatorship.

However, failure to pay the military facilitated Richard's return 24 years later where he was hailed as a hero, returning to his throne and presiding over 20 years of Dyellian History, during which time he was responsible for the founding of the protestant Church of Cyro. However his insanity and bloodthirstiness were exhibited time and time again, with orders being given during the Shadow War to 'kill everyone'. After ordering the launch of nuclear missiles at the Drakonian Imperium, Richard withdrew to Fasta Benj to go hunting.

Surrounded by incompetent advisors and commanders and with a hate filled populace, something was due to burst, and it did. During his hunting trip Richard was assassinated by his son who quickly proclaimed himself Tzar Henry IV. However the populace was unhappy with the idea of another Tzar, particularly one with such strong ties to Fasta Benj, and the Dyelli Beybian Civil War errupted.

Rumours still persist that Richard escaped his assassins to live in exile in the Northern State of AxeWieldingManiacs, now modern day Monte Ozarka.
