The Holy Empire of Serafinowicz is, according to The Supreme Academy of Political Communication, a magnificent example of responsible secular autocratic government. The Entirely Trustworthy Academy of History asserts that 'Holy' relates to the local custom of living in a hole.
Cabbages and wheelbarrows dominate the domestic economy, the thriving export markets, the academic agenda, and the landscape.
