The People's Federation of Smithania is a Smithanian Socialist Constitional Dictatorship ruled by Chairman Smith of the Smithanian Party.
Government
Government Type - Constitutional Dictatorship at the Federal Level, each Republic however is ruled through elections.

Preamble
The People's Federation of Smithania, established in on the month of decemeber in the year of two-thousand and three is based on the ideals of socialism, with the standard of living enjoyed by capitalists. Established as a Federation for the people, Smithania is to be divided into different Republics with the same cause, presided over by Chairman Steve Smith until the day of his death.
Section I - Establishment
The People's Federation of Smithania hearby nulls all laws and regulations established by former governing bodies such as The Old Kingdom, The Free Republic and The Federation. The Federal governing body will be run by the Smithanian Party Council, headed by Chairman Smith, elections will abolished at the Federal level and in the Administrative District of Greater Smithania. Elections will be established by the Smithanian Parties of each Republic.
This constitution shall take priority over all other laws in each Republic.

Section III The People's Federation Bill of Rights
Each Republic in the People's Federation of Smithania are required to obey these basic standards of rights, and to enforce each and every one of them. Failure to do so will result in ousting that Republic's leadership and to hold fresh elections. These Bill of Rights are applicable to every citizen despite their race, culture, religion, gender or sexual perference.
- Each citizen in the Federation has the right to free health, education and participation in the Republic's government. Citizens do not however have the right to be lazy, each citizen is required to hold a job if not in the education system, failure to do so will result in a revocation of welfare rights, which may or may not be reinstated pending a review by a Smithanian Board of Welfare.
- Each citizen is given the right to explore the idea for a product if factory space is available for production, and they have the educational backround in buisness or production to keep a buisness running. All failed ideas do not have the right to continue production until improved.
- Each Citizen has the right to a free and unbiased trial in the People's Court in each Republic, which include the right to an attorney.
- Each citizen has the right to live where they want to, immigrate out of Smithania and own buisnesses in other nations, if their laws apply.
- Each citizen has the right to free travel, depending on how long they have been in work, Smithanian sponsers all vacation trips once a year.
- Each citizen is given the right to own fire-arms, this right does no include weapons of mass destruction, automatic weapons and other such weapons.
- Each citizen is given the right to protest peacefully.
- Each citizen has the right to gather peacefully.
Section IV - Federal Level Leadership
The Smithanian Party at the Federal Level
The Smithanian Party manages all policy at the Federal level, each Republic has a Smithanian party that organises their own policy. At the Federal level, Chairman Steve Smith is leader for life, as creator of the Smithanian idealogy, after his death, the Chairman level will become an elected postion.
Executive Branch- Head of State and Government - The Chairman
The Chairman organises Smithanian policy for the entire nation, has the right to make changes in the Smithanian Party of Smithania's doctrine. The Chairman heads a council at the legislative level that determains The Constiution, Laws and Regulations, the Economy.
The Smithanian Departments
Each department will have an advisor for each Republic or Administative District and a Cabinent Offical to report to the Chairman.
- Federation Department
The Federation Department reports to the Chairman the state of each Republic and the agendas in each Smithanian Party.
- Treasury Department
The Treasury Deparment handles the printing of Smithanian Credits for citizens, banking hard currency from Taxation and managing The People's Federal Bank.
- Economic Department
The Economic Department manages policy regarding goods and services, utilities and trading with foreign nations.
- State Department
The State Department manages relations with other nations and alliances.
- Military Department
The Military Department heads the planning for offensive and defensive warfare in the People's Federal Army of Occupied Smithania.
Legislative Branch
The Federal Council
The Legislative Branch decides Smithanian policy for the entire nation, it consists of each Republic's President and the Federation Chairman.
Judical Branch
The People's Federal Court has jurisdiction in each Republic, and the Federation's Supream Court is seated by the Supream Judge of each Republic's Court. Each Judge is determained by the Legislative Branch Council.
Section IV - Economic Democracy
Due to the rapid advances in technology, the Smithanian People will have the right to enjoy consumer products and services and rate them bases on their sucess through the internet. The Smithanian people will maintain the right to improve ideas and manage a production line for them after the proper education is met, all production has the right to be reaserched and improved upon by any citizen of the Federation.
Workers have a right to work whereever they want, and cannot be downsized by their manager, because the factory is owned by the Smithanian Government, the manager is given the factory and the manpower because the state allowed them to have it. Citizens truley have the right to determain if a product remains in production based on the fact that their feedback decides if it fails or prospers.
Conclusion
The People's Federation of Smithania is established to work for the people, and to keep their country productive in consumer goods for the people. When Smithania fails to wield an excellent standard of living, civil rights for every citizen and become bloated and corrupt like its socialist predeccsors, then Socialism has truley failed.

History
The Country that came to be known as Smithanian has had a long and fuedal history, each Republic formerly being a Duchy in the Old Kingdom. Steve Smith was a revolutionary in the Rebel Faction Group and eventually became leader when his home Duchy got independence after hos old freind Emperor Alexander I funneled funds from The Empire of Camozayo to the Smithanian Rebels to eliminate the rival kingdom. After Smithania's establishment, Steve Smith became interm President, which evenutally lead him to establish the first Democracy the region had seen.
However, after an attack by the Nationstate Krupponia, Smithania became an Armed Republic having its priority become defence, the concept of Democracy was lost as defence became very important. Soon after withdrawing frim Alpha Centuari, Smithania became a Federation, establishing the Republics you see today. Smithania kept slipping closer and closer to Socialism as Chairman Smith observed the suffering of the lower class, forcing his to disband The Federation of Smithania and establish today's People's Federation of Smithania
After becoming a USSR state, Smithania and a few other nations developed Smithanianism into today's concept, and after the USSR was engulfed in undesired Communism, Smithania withdrew to its own region where it sits today. Smithania continues to hold a postion in strong economics and civil rights, while caring for the nation's less fortunate.
Culture
The nation and all its Republics always seemed to have a knack for socialism, since each duchy's citizens began seeing their families and neighbours as more important than money. Most citizens seem to have a desire to own pocessions more than money, therefore it was no surprise that there was minimal protest when the credit system was established.
Religion is generally kept inside Church, Synagouge, Temple or Mosque walls, all religions have been taught to respect each other and to keep their teachings out of the goverment.
Society
Because of the nation's advancement in education and social justice, the nation has hardly any crime. The nation doesen't have many restrictions on social interraction as most citizens are responsible enough to watch violent movies or play violent video games without thinking its real.
Music is uncensored, Smithanians know that cursing and swearing, when used out of context is not a big deal, and the message delivered by music is to be determained by its listeners not its opponets.
Relgion is obligated by law to keep itself concealed from other people unless asked to be accessed, the internet has a broad base of information on each religion. Parents cannot force a child to accept any relgion by law.
Politics
The People's Federation of Smithania is a founding member of the now defunct Smithanian Pact.
The People's Federation of Smithania is the founder of the now defunct Smithanian Union and its government.
Economics
Socialist Smithania was established in an attempt to find an idealised form of Socialism. The experiment now deemed sucessful by the Smithanian Council is called Smithanian Socialism.
