The Stoklomolvi Electronic Identification System and Registration, better known as the Stoklomolvi Passport, is a form of registration for travellers to and from Stoklomolvi. All citizens of Stoklomolvi have one of these passports, and this passport is purely electronic; there is no paperwork to be filled. Processing and registration are all calculated by the computer.
History
When Stoklomolvi first abolished its policy of isolationism, there was no such thing as a "passport". People could go in an out freely out of Stoklomolvi, and eventually this became a problem due to massive immigration due to famine and disaster. As such, a passport system was implemented in 1924, three years after Stoklomolvi revealed itself. The first passport was a sheet of paper, which all foreign nationals had to carry at all times. Due to the ineffectiveness of this system, primarily due to how it easily was destroyed and/or counterfeited, a new system was implemented in 1987. That system was similar to the one the modern United States of America uses, with a small passport booklet that foreign nationals had to carry. However, when the Stoklomolvi Imperial Registration Tower caught fire in 1999, Stoklomolvi switched over to electronic registration. That way, any information stored in records could not be counterfeited or destroyed. Today, this system continues to be in use.
