The Aes Sedai live in an intellectual semi-socialist economy. There is a nearly 25% tax rate, but the taxes are used for education, welfare, religion, etc... Beyond that, the Aes Sedai have the 3rd strongest economy in Eternia.
Law Enforcement
Crime is low, despite the lack of a police force, because the populace is all working towards the same goal and have come to the Aes Sedai by choice.
Military
There is no military within the Aes Sedia. Tar Valon must rely on it's allies, the Liberal Men and Women, and the Daes Dae-Mar for defense.
