The Blindmen, officially The Kingdom of The Blindmen, is a country in the east of StormKingdom region. The west mountains of Decia forms the northern border with Sturms, the Friluia river the border with Saint Jacques in the east, and the Santiago sea the south and west border.

History

The Blindmen was founded by Harold Giestsse, in 1415, who founded the capital city, Blindaurbo, in Nocaodia, a territory abandoned by the Kingdom of Sturms. Harold Giestsse was a noble, dissident of the politics of the Great Duchy of Liechtensburg. The name of The Blindmen come from the denomination that the Great Duke of Liechtensburg Friedrich V made of followers of Harold Giestsse, who, in fact, was blind, due to a punishment made by the same Great Duke. The Harold Giestsee's army (the Army of The Blindmen) won the Battle of Baaqa, in the foot of the Decia mountains, in 1417, and gained the independence.

The is no hierarchy between the "konsilioj", but the greatest "konsilio", the "konsilio" of Blindaurbo, are ruled by the "kunulo" (fellow) Kinni Traisse, until june of the present year. The leader of the "konsilioj" can't be reelected, and can't postulate more than once. The king, Lotar III, from the Giestsee dinasty, serves in the "konsilio" of Blindaurbo, as all citizens. The "assembleoj" are rotative, and people are elected to a particular case.

National Symbols

The nation adopted the Esperanto as official language to evitate discrimination, but the minorities are allowed to speak their own language, even as official language of the "konsilio". The national animal is the wolf, and is protected. The national flower is the bouganvilia.
