The Evil Brain Federation is an elusive crowd of nations, each with different policies, however they can all agree on one thing: we want to fulfill the perfection of Plato's 'Republic' (especially the lines about wild sex) in a global perspective, have a smashing party, and then plot to simultaneously take over the world, viz. hack the planet.
