History
The Holy Dominion was created by Supreme Pharaoh Set and Emperor Palpatine of Anubinia and StarWarsia in 2052.
Originally created to act against imperialistic campaigns by western PEELian nations, the Dominion became known as an alliance of dictatorial and theocratic countries, bent on regional domination.
Throughout 2052, the Holy Dominion underwent massive recruiting and military buildup, making it one of the largest and most powerful alliances in PEEL. The Dominion supported many uprisings in nations around the region, which installed dictatorships and theocratic regimes. Late in the year, it was found that Anubinia had constructed an orbital EMP Weapon (based off the Bloodian Weapon), and had launched a crippling EM attack on the Yugopatomian Capital of Yugograd, which killed thousands. In response, Yugopatomia and it's allies declared war on the Dominion, and soon after, the entire region was enveloped by war. The Dominion's main opponent was the combined forces of "The Coalition", a temporary alliance of COMECON and New American countries created to destroy the Holy Dominion.
But by mid 2053, after a string of losses, the Anubinian Capital of Luxor was liberated by Coaltion forces, and within weeks, the rest of the Dominion countries surrendered. The alliance was formally disbanded by the new Anubinian Pharaoh Thoth the Wise later.
