True Malice is a growing power, located in the volatile Western Spur in the PEEL Region of F'Rama III.
It is a nation which lives in constant fear and oppression under it's ruthless dictator, known only as "The Countess. During her reign, the nation of True Malice evolved from a small kingdom, relatively unknown to the rest of region to a military and economic power in Western PEEL.
The society of the country is one based on a gender caste. Only females are allowed to hold major and command positions in the government and military. Males have been made into a forced labor class and are considered "less than human" by the ruling female matriarchy.
The nation, although boasting a dictatorship government is well known as a major supporter of the Capitalist economic system, and is a member of the Free Trade Organization. Foreign companies are free to take full advantage of the huge population of working citizens and establish factories on it's soil. Because of this, True Malice has become one of the richest countries in PEEL, continually ranking near the top of a list of PEEL's Wealthiest governments. However, this vast amount of wealth is concentrated in only the top 2% of the country, which is comprised of the domestic corporations and government, and more specifically the Countess herself. The rest of the nation is forced into backbreaking manual labor, all under the watchful eye of the Malician Armed Guard.
The Armed Guard, or "M.A.G." is one of the most well-equipped armies in PEEL with a standing enrollment count at over 40 Million soldiers, with many others in reserve. However, it's most powerful military division is the Malician Airforce, which bolstered by funding by corporations and outside allies is one of the most powerful in the region. The military is led by General Shira Imagonaut, a ruthless and brilliant military tactician, who is also rumored to be the lover of The Countess herself...
The nation's military was given it's first modern test during the Dominion Wars, in which True Malice was part of The Holy Dominion, led by Anubinia and the feared Pharaoh, Set. Although not being a major theater of war, there were Malician Troop Divisions in coutnries all across the region, fighting in Anubinia, Incarnatia, Weinersteinston, and the Glacial Colony.
By the war's end however, True Malice had recalled it's remaining troops back home and left the Holy Dominion. During the war crime trials held by the DROOP, amazingly their was little mention of True Malice, even though the cruelties committed by the M.A.G. and the government were well-known. Many suspect this to be due to be because of the Malician Government's ties to many power individuals across the region. Due to this, True Malice was not forced to pay any war reparations, or reduce the size of it's army, or be removed from the FTO.
People have come to refer to True Malice as tyranny's last stranglehold on PEEL, the last remnant of the Holy Dominion, and a grave threat to the safety of PEEL. But not even this has shaken the power base of the Countess and the government, and their grip on the population continues to be unbroken, while their economy and military continue to grow in strength...
