The Empire of this small wonderful country eventually declined, but the dream of expanding minds (since there are no physical borders to cross now) to borders never reached before, still marks this people and continues to send ships to cross seas never sailed before, to unveil new worlds to the eyes of the world.
On a morning of pure clean fog, led by The Desired One on his snow white horse, with the sword of the First King of Portugal, those ships will arrive in The Indias to Be Found.

The Empire of The Indias To be Found is the official founder of Mushroom Wonderland, but the truth is this Great Empire is more of a co-founder, together with The Great Republic of City State of Porto. From day one, Mushroom Wonderland aims to be the ultimate civil rights region, where people's right to do whatever they want with their lives (without restraining other people's right to do so) is held sacred. To be the place where drugs are just a symbol representing dreams, love for a free life, the idea of always going beyond reality, of reaching new borders and new knowledge.
In that sense, The Empire of The Indias To be Found is proud to be integrated with full harmony in a regional context, proud of the possibilities given to all other nations to express their views, and proud of keeping together a wide range of political and social models and nations.

People
The People of The Empire of The Indias To be Found is warm and nice and enjoy every single moment of their culturally rich lives. Material wealth is often frowned upon, since this People specially values knowledge and social harmony. Despite that, production is on the rise and everyone is glad of the achievements in certain economic areas, mostly because exports are going sky high and consumption is controlled, which makes possible a fair distribution of the wealth (not an equal distribution) and a fair start of life for every single human being within the borders of The Empire.
People rise and fall (not to the bottom, because there's a State that cares about them) based on their own merits.
Most of the people spend their free time reading, practicing sports, watching films, participating in local events and going to Wonder Parks all over the Nation - places where they can take any drug they want and have scenarios built specially for them to enjoy the trip!
Another important aspect is the sexual life of the people: freedom is the key here. Everyone can do anything they want as long as they respect other people's right to do so and special bars provide hookers of all sorts (which love their job) and a great environment is set up for swing parties, orgies, bondage...you name it! All prostitutes are accepted by society and have a special health care service provided by the government.
