The Rice Rocket is a loose collection of mostly young men who tune automobiles for fun. Usually they are cheap little economy cars of the Honda, Nissan, Ford, GM, Volkswagen, and Subaru variety, and occasionally higher end cars such as BMWs and Audi's. They exist in no particular location, but tend to gravitate toward places where there are a high number of brainless teenagers.
