The Nomadic Peoples of The Windward Steppes is a huge, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its absence of drug laws. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 203 million are proud of their wide-ranging civil freedoms, and those who aren't tend to be dragged off the streets by men in dark suits and hustled into cars with tinted windows.
Overview
The Windward Steppes acutally aspires to having a more rebelious youth. This seems to be due to the peer pressure of the particular region its in where many of the nations have a rather rebelious and troublesome youth.
