Tlokatok

The Empire of Tlokatok is a highly oppresive state in the region The Ghetto Revival. The Empire of Tlokatok is ruled by the Sun God Incarnate Emperor Manco Capac.

History

The Empire of Tlokatok was founded by Emperor Manco Capac in the late 1900's, (the exact date is unknown) and swiftly gained a strong following in his Neo-Incan religious beliefs. This large following allowed Manco Capac to swiftly conquer the majority of the west coast of South America. Capac revived the ancient Incan Empire in his revision and named it Tlokatok. The origin of this name is ambiguous and is believed to be the result of one of Manco Capacs deluded ravings while under the influence of cocaine and various other narcotic substances. During his vast campaign Manco Capac caused the revival of many other ancient religions throughout the South American region which led to the collapse of several South American nations and the birth of what is know called the Contested Territories. As Achilles Heel took over much of the middle east many Islamofascist were hunted down and expelled from the country or executed, many others left willingly. Many of these "refugees" were accepted with open arms into Tlokatok and many also adopted Neo-Incanism. These "holy warriors" brought a powerful force to Manco Capacs army and strengthend him considerably. With the turmoil in the middle east many nuclear and biological weapons and materials were smuggled out of the country and are believed to be in the possesion of the Tlokatok government.

Holy War Of Unification

In 1964 Manco Capac declared himself the Sun God Incarnate Emperor Manco Capac and set out on a vast series of battles to unify what he viewed as the rightful Incan empire. This series of campaigns have been termed the Holy War of Unification.

Culture

The Empire of Tlokatok is a very xenophobic society and does not accept other nations willingly. With the inclusion of the Islamofascists the society became even more xenophobic and the borders were sealed, no one in or out. The only immigrants allowed in are usually criminals and terrorits from other nations as well as valuable proffesionals who are immediatly apprehended and forced to work for the government
