Toopoxica is a small nation which chooses to keep it's exact location and exitance a mystery, it lashes out into the broader NS world via small teams of specially trained assassins, it is suspected that the nation itself is hidden behind the front of another nation which appears isolationist in it's self.

Ancient Toopoxica
Early Toopoxicans were freed slaves from the nation of Toops, they settled after a period of nomadicity in an area of the Middle East, the exact information pertaining to this settlement has been lost through time and many cover ups.
Industrial Toopoxica
Toopoxican civilisation dissapeared sometime in the 17th century, also the first recognised sighting of a Toopoxican assassin, the twice through coincidences have made conspiracy theoretists inquire into nations of the time being fronts for the Toopoxican assassins, nations such as Spooty and Kaduna were put under the spotlight, both appearing in time for themselves to be made as fronts.
Modern Toopoxica
Advancements in technology have bought the Toopoxican civilisation more ways to kill, including Nerve Gases and time tested Poisons, the Gun revolution bought about a large use in the sniper Rifle, other information on the Toopoxican assassin is attempted to remain hidden.

Industrial Toops
The Toopoxin virus swept through the nation and many died and very few survived the later cleansing by officials, the virus reached apocolyptic scales and could no longer be maintained by the Quarintine sections, in 1789 those who had survived the attack formulated an immunity which they gave to themselves but upon realising the innefectiveness on those already infected they sent in cleanins squads to burn the nation and all that remained of it.
Modern Toops
The modern nation has become a sort of nomadic state, they travel through 3rd world countries promising help and assistance, then they stage a coup drain the place of Resources and then leave to the next nation, though they have had bases in Spooty when it came to civil war and Kaduna when the Priesthood fought the Gorel.
Military
Though there is no offical Toopoxican military, they do use conscripts from the nations they enslave, there are also many Assassins under contract by the Toopoxican leadership, and of course there is the stable Poxican Guard who deploy chemical weaponary in a variety of forms, such as a gas injector or the popular dart.
Leadership
The Puppet leader which sits atop these fronts for Toopoxica are fictitious, they are made to seem more like the average citizen of the nation from where the coup was initiated, in secret the Toopoxican leader is King ###### who has served his peoples for many years.
Funding
Of course being nomadic there is little funding and the meager scraps of 3rd world nations are not going to sustain an army, instead the Toopoxicans have many Corporations for funding, including assests in Oil, Gas, Technology, Weapons Manufacturing, Uranium Mining and many many more enterprises, some are even facing off eachother and others don't even know they are in Toopoxican employ.
