The Industrialist Empire Of Tyryte and its colonies are located on the continent of Catalina, in the region of Wysteria.

History
In 1755 the Holy Tyrytian Empire was born through the unification of the three kingdoms of Canryte, Tyryte, and Tyryton. In the time before unification the three kingdoms fought continuously amongst eachother for control of the midlands of the continent of Catalina.
It was not untill the spring of 1754 that some form of unification came. King Tyrus marched his royal army into the Kingdom of Canryte and removed the evil King Novikov from the throne, claiming it for himself. Tyrus then combined the crowns of Canryte and Tyryte into what would become the Holy Tyrytian Empire. In the fall of that same year Tyrus marched north into Tyryton and took the widowed and childless queen of that kingdom as his wife, putting the final peice of the puzzle into place. It was in January of 1755 that the King renamed himself Emperor, forever changing the way monarchs ruled in the land of Tyryte.
Government
The Empire has changed a great deal since the days of King Tyrus I. No longer is the Empire based on the single idea that it is the holy land of the Tyrytian people, and it is because of this that the empire has become an Industrialist state. The Government of the empire is based on the corporate system, having a chairman (The Emperor), an Executive Director, and a board of directors for the various branches of the government.
Organization
The organization of the government breaks down as follows:
The Monarchy - The Emperor of the Industrialist Empire of Tyryte acts as a Chairman of the Board in governmental affairs. He is not directly involved in the day to day operations of the country, but holds veto power over any law enacted by the excutive.
The Lord Protector - The Lord Protector is the ruling Monarch's representitive to the Board of Directors and the international community. As the Emperor's representitive, the Lord Protector holds authority over all branches of government including the Executive Directorship. The Lord Protector also has the authority to dissolve the government, as well as the power to appoint governmental officials and titles of nobility.
The Executive Director - The Executive director, like in any major corporation, is tasked the with managing the day to day operations. The Executive Director is also responsible for the conveyance of policy both foreign and domestic. The Executive Director is appointed by the ruling Monarch, and is usually selected from a group of senior corporate executives.
The Board of Directors - The Board of Directors is appointed by the Executive Director to run the various branches of the government. The number of directors fluctuates with each ED, but the board tends to remain relatively small in an effort to combat suffocating bureaucracy. Several members from the BOD also form the Commerce Committee, a group responsible for the finances and economy of the Empire.
Economy
The economy of the empire is driven by two major industries. The forest industry was one of the main driving forces behind the economy for many years, supplying construction matierials to most of the modern houses across the region of Wysteria. The Industry is dominated by MacMillan Bloedel & Powell River Ltd. a company that has grown from a small export firm into the region's largest producer of forest products. A former executive of MB&PR Ltd. is responsible for the current organization of the Imperial Government.
The current driving force behind the economy is the surface transportation industry. The Industry is dominated by Pan-Wysterian Railways(formerly CN Rail) and PGE Rail. Pan-Wysterian is the largest class I railway in the Wysteria operating in several prominent nations across the region. The Railway was brought together in the CN Rail/BNSF merger of 2007. the Second largest railway is the Class II PGE Rail, which is a region east-west carrier in the Tyrytian Empire.
PGE's east west corridor is the peanut butter to PWRR's jam, creating the perfect working relationship. Both Railways are dependant on each other for fluidity of business.
