Ultra-dimensional technology
In the Soviet Union is a complex called the Minovsky Physics Research Complex which - according to conspiracy theorists - houses an ultra-dimensional corridor. Thus, they also state that certain technologies within the Soviet Union are at least partially ultra-dimensional. The following is a collection of descriptions of certain technologies that may be ultra-dimensional.

The SOBS Angara is a massive orbiting satellite that is capable of firing an ionized beam of particles capable of destroying a target precisely. It has recently passed testing and is currently in the final stages of development and is expected to be deployed within this month (February 2006).
Dystorium

Dystroium is a mandated, injection-based pharmaceutical within the Soviet Union. Each Soviet citizen is mandated to take at least a single injection of Dystorium daily for nutrients, extra-medicinal health improvement, and increased brain function. However, controversy surround Dystorium as it may be linked to a eugenics program.

According to some theories, these massive construction projects are only capable through either ultra-dimensional resources or production processes. Thus, the purported “mega-construction technology” is associated with the Minovsky Conspiracy and other theories springing up around the WISEMEN.
NAEBR technology

NAEBR's are ”Nanometer, Artificially Engineered, Biological Robot" used in both medicinal and weaponry fields within the Soviet Union. They were deployed mostly during the Spectre War at the Battle of Leeds. They were crucial in the seizing of the United Kingdom and its annexation.
Tachyon particle technology
While still considered a hypothetical particle, the tachyon is a sub-atomic particle that once brought below the speed of light, is capable of releasing almost limitless amounts of electro-magnetic, thermal radiation. Thus, this can theoretically be harnassed and used as a weapon.
Recently, with the construction of the Habitat One space habitat, some are stating that in fact, Habitat One is a massive weapon capable of harnessing an burst tachyon particle's energy and using it as a weapon. Most theories involve the use of an M-particle I-lattice to slow the particle, plastering the internal chamber of the Habitat One with highly-concentrated I-lattices (for protection), then releasing the nearly limitless electro-magnetic energy in the form of a beam.
