I started to edit the page, but didnt write what i wrote and did not have any more time to write anything else. The same goes to the two leaders; theyre intentional, but i havent done them yet

I've made one minor change and one major text change to the Passed UN Resolutions page. It looks good, and tomorrow I'll start trying to add more links, but I wanted to make it clear what is a "resolution" and what is a "proposal".
