Q102 member nations

I advise against listing a series of links to a region's member nations for the following reasons:

1. It's a bunch of ugly red links. A better list would "Region members with wiki pages".
2. You may be thinking of adding stub pages of all your region-mates, but NSwiki:Community decisions considers that spamming.
3. regional memberships change all the time, and it's pointless to add nations that might just be visiting for a day or a week, or to add puppets that don't have any actual player activity. We'd really rather that the wiki not be updated constantly with information that doesn't add anything to overall level of knowledge.
4. The NS Economy and Region links in every infobox have a full list of nations. Why duplicate?
