His Imperial Majesty Tsar Valens I Kalderis (December 3rd, 1819 - May 11th, 1886) was Emperor of Magnus Valerius from April 4th, 1846 until his death. Known as the "Industrializing Emperor", his reign saw the drastic change of Magnus Valerius from a nation focused completely on agriculture and raw material production into a developing industrial nation.
