Xirya is a Kiravian colony nation in the Grey Sea States.
History
Colonial Xirya
Xirya's first permanent inhabitants were Kiravian colonists. They built their first 5 cities along the South Coast. gradually, the whole area that we know as modern Xirya was settled and explored. Kirav kept its colony well, until a war left the West Coast of Greater Kirav blockaded, and cutting off Xirya's supplies. THe nation was forced to become economically self-suffiecient, and did so by exporting electrical machinery an artificial wood. The population grew to a fair size and formal relations were opened with Euleos, and later Amaratsu. In Cosciv year 2056, Xirya applied for colonial sovereignity and was granted that status.

Economy
The Xiryan economy is highly modernized. The Xiryan service industry dominates, mostly with professional services. Information Technology is the cheif industry. Xiryan IT is very advanced, making it in popular demand across the Empire. It also supplies the necessary technologies to work Xiryan agriculture and manufacturing. Xirya's farms are mostly industrial, to supply rubber, ethynol, and other materials. However, the Xiryan Nutritional Agriculture sector is sufficuent to feed the nation. This agriculture is sophisticated, employing hydroponics, Biochemicals, and advanced genetic engineering.
