HISTORY
On August 13, 2259, Tobias Zogg seized control of IBM's Alaska, a state within the United States of American Corporationz. Tobias Zogg, the son of U.S.A.C. Prezident K. Luther Zogg, renamed the territory the Empire of Zoggistan, and crowned himself Emperor. Zoggistan subsequently left The North Pacific Region and joined the West Pacific Region.
It should be noted that Emperor Zogg has a history of mental instability.
GOVERNMENT
The emperor exercises absolute authority over Zoggistan. An appointed parliament handles day-to-day business, but all decisions are ultimately made by Tobias Zogg.
Emperor Zogg keeps a massive, private army stationed outside the capital city of Zogg-Mart's Juneau. The emperor himself lives with his harem, which is filled with beautiful supermodels, in a regal corporate highrise located in downtown Toshiba's Anchorage.
Tobias Zogg refers to himself in the third-person as "his Majesty, the Great Snow Dragon".
CURRENT EVENTS
August 14, 2259: Upon his coronation, Emperor Zogg made the following remarks to a large crowd gathered in the capital city: "...I am your only god now! Bow before your master, you pathetic worms! Worship me! WORSHIP ME!" Later in his rambling, six-hour speech, the emperor added this: "...the Republic of Vermontopia shall be destroyed, as well! And once our great nation has gathered enough manpower, money, and strength, we will invade the United States of American Corporationz. My father will pay for not letting me practice ballet as a child!"
